You have decided you want MONA's team to drive this experience. Therefore, at this time, we will take a non-refundable $2000 deposit that will be credited from the total amount once we sign the service agreement within the coming six months.

This is the longest part of the design process; it all depends on the scope of your project. After that, together with the different factors involved, MONA's specialists will go deeper into details, generating a set of drawings and photorealistic rendering that will enclose all the necessary information. Of course, like any other project, minor adjustments will come as it progresses.

At this step, we will also visit the Jobsite at least once to meet with the different discipline's leaders, ensuring the perfect understanding of our products requirements and gathering all necessary field information.

The last meeting is where a final set of drawings and support information will be thoroughly reviewed and signed as part of the service contract. Following the project's evolution, our team will coordinate and schedule the order process for Italy based on the lead time of the different products. A 50% deposit will be due by this time.

Three to five months will take for your custom-made product to be delivered. Upon arrival, we will collect 35% of the payment. Beforehand, our specialists will inspect the job site, ensuring it is ready for our white glove delivery team. No matter the size of the project or the kind of product you're taking home, the construction team must guarantee a safe and clean space to store the merchandise. We don't take lightly handling your custom furnishing and our delivery team's safety; therefore, accessibility is a must.

Following the guidelines generated by our designers with relentless attention to detail, our installation crew will take from this point on. For the success of this endeavor, Mona™ asks for areas free of workers to avoid delays, damages, or interruptions; one concept must prevail: we treat our products all as furniture regardless.

Every single project is different, but generally, we address them starting with the critical areas where other trades are waiting on us for them to continue. We prioritized the kitchens, where tops and appliances need to be sequenced. Following or simultaneously, we take care of the closets, wall paneling, and living area cabinetry, leaving the installation of the doors for the very end. As an iteration process, detailed punch lists will be generated following the project evolution.

Time and quality are valuable for us; without sparing shipping costs, we bring 75% of our cabinets pre-assembled and our doors pre-hung, relying on our provider's rigorous quality control and facilitating efficacy during the installation process.
